Girls About Town

Kate Crowley
Girl about town.

Me: How long have you been in Philly
KC: I've been in Philly for almost 6 years.
I came here in 04 for college, but
I plan on staying. It feels like home.

Me: Describe your style
KC:  My style? Gypsy Cowgirl? Mostly just a LOT
of jewelry, lots of metal and turqouise.

Me: What is your most treasured thrifted find?
KC:  Treasured thrift find? Probably Opal. No, probably
either this kelly green wool blazer I got at Salvation
Army in New York or this brass bull-head bolero
tie that i use on bracelets or necklaces.

Me: Where do you shop in Philly?
KC: I find a lot of stuff on the sidewalk. People always
throw out cool stuff. Otherwise, a lot of plain
basics from H&M. The rest is a secret.

Me: Do you have any style role models?
KC: I like a lot of Native American styles and designs.
And animals, birds, wings, manes, tails,
colors give me ideas for outfits.
